  Worst built home I have ever seen.The builders leave litter in the soil and sod over it. I had diapers, beer bottles, wrappers, and much more under my grass. I found after the grass started dying. the sod is inferior sod. The sod was from different hybrids and looks like a mismatched quilt almost 2 years later. Not a straight wall in my home. Some walls have bows and the Insulation is thin. All baseboards separated and warranty does not take care of it. if the builders simply put a finishing line nail on all joints the baseboards will not come apart. The drywall is all nailed up instead of screwed so all the nails pop out and boards sag. The tape is still visible when light hits a wall. The mud and sanding is terrible. The interior paint is the cheapest flat paint available and wipes off the wall. The exterior paint was over sprayed onto my stone work. The exterior paint fades badly within a year. Appliances are the lowest grade. The builder left the condensation run off from the A/C unit dripping on foundation of my home and they will not change it. The furnace does not work properly. The furnace company has been here 7 times in one season and said it was because JLC puts a bad product in their houses. The land grading was poor and I had to spend 40k to fix the water run off on my property which is only 18 months old. Even the paint used on the interior and exterior is the lowest grade paint that Pittsburg Paints sells. The paint washes off of the wall.
  The agent we had was not honest or professional. Closing was awkward when I was offered whiskey from my agents flask at the lawyers office. I have bought many homes in my life and this has been the Worst buying experience ever. I would never buy from JLC or recommend them. They should be ashamed of their product and employees. JLC treats their employees well but their customers get ripped off.

  Me and my wife had an amazing experience with Jeff Lindsey. Our sales guy Darryl Jackson made the process easy and answered all my questions pleasantly. Dennis the general contractor on the house was very good as well. He made sure he kept me up to date with everything going on during the build. Overall a very good experience!!!
